Your role as a patient

So that we can provide an outstanding experience we would like you to be involved in the delivery of your care :

1. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so that we can keep on schedule.

2. Please give us 48hrs notice to reschedule your appointment so that we can offer it to someone else.

3. If you are unhappy with anything from Alkali please let us know so that we can make it right.

4. If you are happy with what we have done for you please send a friend so that we can spread another smile :)

APPOINTMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

Deposits will be collected when booking appointments to securely reserve your space.  This is to ensure prime times are allocated efficiently and to cancel failure to show up for appointments.

Treatments times & deposits:

30-45 minutes treatments- £30.00

1 hour treatments- £50.00

Emergency treatments- £95.00

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can contact us 48hrs before your appointment to change it in order not to lose your deposit.

Short notice cancellation on long appointments (1 hour+): If  appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled in time, you will be charged the full rate of the appointment.  This is because we are a small business and it would not be possible to cover the costs of the time slot on short notice.
